Godvertising
The second full length album by The Volares was released in 2005, a full 7 years after the band's debut. All agree it was well worth waiting for, featuring guest performers Nick Saloman from Bevis Frond, Joe Ely, Ian McLagan of Small Faces fame, and UK cult pop favorite, Martin Newell. With super deluxe packaging, this album took the band's music to another level. Strangely, Godvertising was ignored by the press, and has yet to receive a single review, although it did get a little airplay on BBC Radio in England. A genuine mood improver for the world weary.
